Faris grew higher around Seattle, Washington. Her parents, Jack & Karen Faris, bucked up Anna to pursue her acting ambition while she was immature & she did her 1st agency acting perfomance at age Ix at a Seattle Repertory Theater. She exposed English Literature at a University of Washington and lived in London for awhile.

Her number 1 important film role was in the independent production Lovers Lane (1999). Her "breakout" role was a horror film parody Scary Movie (2000).

She occurs as natural blonde but had to dye her hair blacken for the motion-picture photography of Scary Movie leading to the misconception she occurs as brunette. When of 2004, she is married to actor Ben Indra, whom she met while working in Lovers Lane & experienced dated since 1999. She is of Scottish/Irish descent on her father's side & of German, English and French descent on her mother's side.
